What type of water should I use?
We recommend using purified water, distilled water, or high-quality mineral water.Do NOT use: Carbonated water (sparkling water), tea, juice, or coffee, as these can damage the electrolysis plates.Tap water: Generally not recommended unless boiled and filtered, as scale and chlorine can shorten the membrane's lifespan.
Can I use hot water?
For optimal hydrogen concentration and device longevity, use water between room temperature and 60°C (140°F). Do not pour boiling water directly into the bottle, as extreme heat can damage the PEM membrane and seals.
Why is there a "hissing" sound when I open the lid?
This is perfectly normal and a sign of high performance! The H4000 operates under high pressure to dissolve more hydrogen into the water. The sound is simply the pressurized hydrogen gas escaping.
Why is there a small amount of water in the bottle when I received it?
Don't worry, it's not a used product. The SPE/PEM membrane must be kept moist to function correctly. We add a small amount of purified water at the factory to protect the membrane during shipping.
What if I haven't used the bottle for a long time and it dried out?
If the membrane dries out, you may see fewer bubbles or lower hydrogen production. simply fill the bottle with warm water and let it soak for 4–6 hours before turning it on. This will rehydrate the membrane.
How long does the hydrogen stay in the water after generation?
For the best therapeutic benefits, we recommend drinking the water within the first 2 hours.In a sealed Purepebrix bottle: It can remain for 12 hours.
I just received my new bottle, but there are very few bubbles. Is it broken?
Likely not! The PEM membrane might be dry from shipping. Activation Method: Fill the cup with purified water, screw on the lid, and let it soak for 20 minutes before starting the first cycle. This hydrates the membrane for optimal bubble production.
Do you sell replacement parts (like lids or adapters)?
We currently do not sell replacement lids or separate parts. If you have an issue covered by warranty, please contact support for a resolution.
Why is there water leaking from the bottom exhaust vent?
Don't worry, this is not a defect. Due to internal pressure buildup during the electrolysis process, the device automatically vents out oxygen and ozone byproducts. It is a normal phenomenon to see a few water droplets released from the bottom exhaust vent after every 3–4 cycles. This indicates that the SPE/PEM waste discharge system is functioning correctly.
How do I activate the 18-minute mode on my H4000?
The H4000 is designed with two standard settings: a 6-minute mode and a 12-minute mode. To achieve a total 18-minute session for maximum hydrogen saturation, simply run a 6-minute cycle followed immediately by a 12-minute cycle (or vice versa). Note: Please ensure the lid remains screwed on tightly throughout both cycles to maintain pressure.
